Welcome to Garden House Honey. Located in the Hampshire countryside, we are delighted to bring you our Hampshire honey, crafted by bees and extracted by us so you can enjoy the bees hard work.
We make a runny honey and soft set honey, because of the beautiful location of our bees we are able to take two harvests a year; the spring crop is used to make our soft set honey and the summer crop is used to make our runny honey.
We started beekeeping in 2022 and it soon became more than just a hobby, we now have multiple hives in two apiaries. We care for our bees, they are more than just honey makers to us, their health is our priority.
You can buy our runny and soft set honey in 227g (8oz) jars from our honesty box outside the house, so please come by - if you don't see what you want then please knock on the door and we would be happy to help.
Naturally Made, Naturally Delicious
Honey may crystallise — and that’s perfectly natural.
Every jar of Garden House Honey is a natural product, and over time it may become thicker, cloudy or develop fine crystals. The speed at which this happens varies according to the flowers from which the bees have gathered their nectar. It is simply part of the character of natural honey and does not mean that it has spoiled.
If you prefer your honey runny, place the jar in a bowl of warm water and allow it to gently warm until the crystals dissolve. There is no need for excessive heat — a little patience will restore its smooth, flowing consistency while helping to preserve its natural flavour and qualities.
A little note for our youngest customers:
Honey should not be given to babies under 12 months of age.

We love our customers and invite you to pop over during the day to purchase our local honey products.
